It is confirmed now that Aerostar and The Cochin International Aviation Services Ltd. (CIASL), a subsidiary of Cochin International Airport Ltd., signed a memorandum of understanding, MOU, for sharing technical know-how on maintenance, repair and operations MRO via a joint venture company based at Cochin International Airport. Holdings in this newly created JV company to be split as follows: 51 % CIASL, 49% Aerostar Bacau.
