A passenger on an Air France plane carrying over 180 passengers has reportedly been quarantined in Madrid after showing Ebola-like symptoms. The crew on flight AF1300, which departed from Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport on Thursday, alerted authorities on the ground at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport when the passenger complained of feeling unwell and was apparently shivering.

The passenger, who had traveled from Lagos, Nigeria, was taken by ambulance to an unspecified hospital in Madrid but the rest of the passengers were allowed to leave the plane as normal, Air France said in a statement.
The plane was taken to a special area of the airport.

"Initial indications are that it’s not a case of Ebola," an Air France spokesperson told The Local. "We understand the passenger did not have a temperature."
Medical investigations are ongoing.
The spokesperson said the plane was grounded in Madrid so it could be disinfected as a precautionary measure.

Spain's health ministry confirmed the Ebola emergency protocol had been set in motion. A Spanish Health Ministry spokeswoman said authorities were treating it as a suspected Ebola case

Si ca boala ,in timp ,va secera nu numai vieti omenesti cat si cateva companii aeriene .

Inca un incident legat de Ebola:
Frontier Airlines has removed from service and quarantined an Airbus A320 after a passenger who flew on the aircraft tested positive for the Ebola virus.
The aircraft, tail number N220FR, operated Frontier flight 1143 on 13 October from Cleveland to Dallas/Fort Worth International airport, says the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The following day, a healthcare worker on that flight tested positive for Ebola after reporting to a Dallas-area hospital with a fever, the CDC says.
Early on the morning of 15 October the CDC notified Frontier that the patient had taken the flight...
Frontier says the aircraft remained overnight at Dallas after arriving from Cleveland on 13 October, and “received a thorough cleaning per our normal procedures which is consistent with CDC guidelines.”
The aircraft was also cleaned the following night in Cleveland, Frontier says.
Frontier could not be immediately reached to say how long the aircraft might be out of service

...atita vreme cit tarile aflate in focarul epidemiei nu vor fi sub carantina, si atita vreme cit Brussels si RAM vor zbura acolo - o sa mai vedem asemenea cazuri... am o postare undeva in care dadeam o proiectie a CDC care estima ca in jan15 or sa fie intre 550'000-1'400'000 cazuri numai in Liberia si Sierra Leone...
