Se pare ca apar cifre concrete - AF/KLM cere reducerea cu o treime a joburilor din Alitalia.. e vorba de 5.000 de posturi.

Din pacate ,cum era de asteptat, si Aeroflotul declina oferta de finantare a AZ .Asa ca zbaterile continua !

"Alitalia (AZ, Rome Fiumicino) Board of Directors have agreed to postpone to November 27, a November 15 deadline for shareholders to participate in the struggling airline's EUR300million (USD402million) recapitalization plan. The Board also approved a revised strategic plan which aims to streamline the carrier's asset management to render it more competitive through a sharp reduction in costs. The plan also calls for the reduction in the number of medium-haul aircraft and an increase in international and intercontinental flights seen as a panacea to Alitalia's domestic and regional market woes where fierce competition from LCCs has rendered it largely impotent. However, Air France-KLM voted against the plan citing excessive debt. The sensitive issue of layoffs was also reportedly discussed though no official word on whether they would proceed or not was not disclosed. Italy's largest trade union, CGIL, has threatened "severe consequences" should any layoffs go ahead. Meanwhile, Italian newswire ANSA says Aeroflot (SU, Moscow Sheremetyevo) has ruled out an acquisition of struggling Italian rival Alitalia, adding that "in no way will it participate in the company's financing plans." ch-aviation

"Alitalia (AZ, Rome Fiumicino) has reportedly turned its attention back towards Etihad Airways (EY, Abu Dhabi Int'l) in the hopes of finding a strong potential investor. Italy's Teleborsa says Italian premier, Enrico Letta, has dispatched an envoy to Abu Dhabi, under the guise of endorsing Dubai's candidacy for Expo 2020, to resume negotiations with Etihad. The airline's grapevine speaks of a potential 2'500 job cuts of which 1'000 would come from contract non-renewals while the other 1'500 would be straight firings. The bad news continues to roll in for the ailing Italian national carrier after Antitrust regulators fined it EUR120'000 for "unfair business practices." ch aviation
 
Negociaza de mai multe luni cu etihad , dar nici aia nu sunt prosti sa bage bani intr-o gaura neagra . italienii umbla cu jalba-n protap pe la toata lumea , ca poate cineva le da bani

Etihad nu prea are de ce sa bage bani in Alitalia - in primul rind daca ar baga ar cere controlul companiei, ceea ce italienii ar fi prea mindri sa ofere. Doi la mina, au deja destule oportunitati - Air Berlin si Niki acopera destul de bine piata italiana si au probleme intrinseci, cu cumpararea Darwin si rutele anuntate regional isi pot asigura feeding.

Asa ca daca ar fi s abage ceva banuti, italienii ar trebui sa isi faca temele primii - ori ceea ce orice fraier poate vedea este ca macaronarii in loc sa inceapa cu restructurarea si intre timp sa se uite dupa bani in piata pierd vremea cautind bani/prosti.
 
Alitalia (AZ, Rome Fiumicino) is mulling a future without a foreign partner carrier. According to a report in Italy's Il Sole 24 paper, the Italian flag carrier's private shareholders have made it known that they are willing to provide funding for the airline's EUR300million capital injection plan. Alitalia (AZ, Rome Fiumicino) has temporarily parked twenty-two of its aircraft. Though it still officially claims to operate 137 aircraft, extensive ch-aviation ACARS research has shown that the Italian national carrier has over the past two weeks parked two A319-100s, four A320-200s, thirteen A321-100s, two A330-200s in addition to one Air One (AP, Rome Fiumicino) A320-200. Most of the aircraft are at least temporarily stored at Rome Fiumicino. Earlier this year, Alitalia phased-out one A320-200 (joined by another which was damaged in a landing incident at Fiumicino) and an A321-100. Collectively, Gruppo Alitalia, which consists of Alitalia (AZ, Rome Fiumicino), Alitalia CityLiner (CT, Rome Fiumicino), Alitalia Express (XM, Rome Fiumicino), Air One and Volare Airlines (VE, Milan Malpensa), now operates 120 aircraft namely twenty A319-100s, fifty-one A320-200s, nine A321-100s, ten A330-200s, ten B777-200(ER)s, fifteen EMB-175s and five EMB-190s.

La stirea de mai sus - interesant e ca au parcat cele mai mari aeronave.. 321.. parca o invitatie la LCC ca Wizz sa le ia in Wetlease, doar ca cele parcate bat spre 20 de ani.

Ar fi cu adevarat o sansa pt AZ o participare importanta a unei compani superpragmatice cum este FR care sa-i forteze sa se restructureze profund . Desi cam greu de cezut ca se va si intampla.

Ei au refuzat restructurarile propuse de Airfrance/Klm . Iti dai seama ce ar insemna restructurari marca O"Leary
 
E doar PR tipic pt MO'L care vrea sa isi promveze noile curse interne si mutarea bazei pe Fiumicino.

Feeding flights ar fi o sursa de ineficienta pt Ryan, sistemele nu sunt compatibile - PR !
 
Intii sa se faca.

Exista o redundanta mare cu air Berlin /Niki. Alitalia opereaza majoritatea zborurilor spre Germania cu E175 asa ca alea ar putea fi comasate pe Airbusurile AB.

Alitalia Cityliner ar putea ajunge cu Darwin in Etihad Regional europe sau ceva de genul asta.
 
Reforme light la Alitalia.. se vorbeste doar de 1.900 de joburi taiate si nu de 5.000 ca acum 2 luni, dar italienii trebuie sa coasa mireasa ca Etihad nu ar lua-o decit de fata mare.
