In a quest to return airBaltic to profitability by 2014 the Latvian Government decided to acquire Canadian Bombardier CS300 jetliners and continue to boost up their existent Q400 fleet of regional turboprop. So all bets on ... Bombardier Canada as a one-stop shopping mall for all their jets and props needs. Pretty clever ... if you ask me 
That way you avoid dealing and wheeling with too many aircraft manufacturers and shorten your delivery time by quite a few years.
