Oman Air launches call centre in Romania for European guests - Oman
Demonstrating its continued commitment to providing excellent customer service and a seamless passenger experience, Oman Air, the national carrier for the sultanate, announced the soft opening of its new call centres in Bucharest, Romania on Monday, besides the current one that operates in Oman and the two launched recently in India and Malaysia.
The new call centre will operate 24 hours on a daily basis one week after the soft opening.
