Romanian local airports in desperate need of financing

Here's a recently published article on the English version of a Romanian local business newspaper called "The Diplomat" depicting the current state of affairs at various local airports throughout Romania. Although air traffic have seen unprecedented growth in the last five years on both passengers and cargo, local authorities have hard time in finding and attracting available financing to expand and modernize infrastructure at these airports.
